Jack Lee graduated from the prestigious Luxun Academy of Fine Art (LAFA) which is considered as one of the top art academies in China. The extensive art degree program centers on the observation of nature and basic training in rendering objects or scenes by painting from life or nature. Since 2006 he lives and works in UAE.
Since 2006, he has been teaching at the Art Workshop of the Abu Dhabi Cultural Foundation and private teacher for the royal family and also conducts independent workshops. In addition, he currently lectures at different Universities, such as “Abu Dhabi University”, “Sheikh Zayed University” and “Higher Colleges of Technology” …, he is also a member of Emirates Fine Arts Society.
April 25th 2016, he had a solo exhibition in the National Theatre of Abu Dhabi – U.A.E. He also mounted a number of exhibitions at "The Club", “Cultural Foundation”，“Ghaf Art Gallery” and “Etihad Modern Art Gallery” in Abu Dhabi (2007 -2017). All of these were well received by the public. His portraits won the academy prize in 2001 and also got the Second prize in 2007. Between 2008-2015, Jack won the first prize of Finest Heritage Painting during the Abu Dhabi International Hunting Equestrian Exhibition in Abu Dhabi. 2010 is worthy of note, because he won the Third prize at the International Technical competition for Traffic Department Abu Dhabi Police Saaed, which had one of the largest participation of artists in the world.
By his paintings decorated Government Departments, Hotels and private offices of Sheikhs. and most of the artworks commissioned by the Royal Family of the U.A.E.
